I was chatting to the Lord about my upcoming Art exhibition and wondering where I should put some of the flyers. Someone suggested the Tuggereanong Art Center so I went down to put some there. On the way I passed a church and thought that that would be a good place for one of my invitations, but when I tried the doors they were locked. I set off for the Canberra Center and as I was walking through the shopping mall I overheard a man talking about the Tuggereanong church. I stopped and asked him if he was a christian. He looked taken aback but after a moment replied, "Yes". I told him about the closed doors and asked if he would advertise my exhibition at his church. He looked at the poster and said. "Well actually I go to a Belconnen church"....That sounded even better as my exhibition was going to be held in the Belconnen Art Gallery!
Later that week I still had some flyers left and chatted with God about where to put them. I was going to the CTL to collect two of my art works in Woden and thought that maybe I might see some people there or give it out to staff and to the library. When I got there I saw a group of well dressed people and thought, "They look like buyers". So I went to the car and got some invitations. As I approached them I overheard a lady speaking about a painting. I said "I hear you are talking about a painting. Would you like to come to my Art exhibition?" She said, "Oh yes!" and the others in the group said the same! What an amazing God we have. He is my Helper and He turns a person's thought and speech wherever He wills.
